Around 1889, a baker in Naples named Raffaele Esposito owned a bistro called the Pizzeria di Pietro and created a new dish called “pizza.” This wonderful Italian food was made when the Italian King and Queen visited the town of Naples.

For the biggest pizza lovers, this is would be a dream come true – a pizza so big it fills a large parking lot! That’s right, the Guinness World Records, calculated largest circular pizza was made in Norwood, South Africa in 1990. It reached 122 feet and 8 inches!
